At PropertyRender.AI, we provide users with high-quality AI-driven architectural rendering. Due to the nature of AI, we recognize that not every render will perfectly match your creative vision. Our refund policy aims to balance user flexibility with the realities of AI-driven design.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical Problems: If ongoing technical issues prevent the effective use of our platform, and our support team is unable to provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide you no longer wish to use the platform outside of significant, ongoing technical issues.
  • Occasional Render Dissatisfaction: Due to the AI-driven nature of the platform, not every render may perfectly match your vision. Subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for a refund.
  • Significant Usage: If the service has been used or accessed to a significant extent (e.g., if you have generated more than 5 generations on a newly purchased plan), it is ineligible for a refund.
  • Time Elapsed: If more than 7 days have passed since the start of a subscription billing cycle, or more than 30 days have passed since the purchase of an add-on or one-time credit pack.
  • Plan Expiry: Refund requests made after the designated usage period ends will not be accepted.
  • Violation of Terms: If the customer is in violation of our Terms of Service (such as attempting to generate prohibited content).

3. Cancellation & Subscriptions

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the new billing cycle begins to prevent future charges. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@propertyrender.ai with details of your concerns and the email associated with your account. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3-5 business days), potentially asking for further clarification or project examples.

5. Resolution Before Refund

Before a refund is granted, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including providing guidance, adjusting parameters, or manually restoring credits lost strictly due to verified system bugs.
